Can I choose which festival I want to volunteer at?
Yes. Once the festivals are announced there will be a link to register as a Concierge on each event page, via the menu. Registrations will open early in 2024.
What volunteer roles are available?
There are four roles available:
- General services (drinks delivery in main arenas and tent pitching).
- Golf buggy taxi driver.
- Ground crew managing the taxi service.
- Team leader.
What dates do I need to be available?
It depends which festival you are signed up for. The dates are as follows:
Latitude: 24th – 29th July 2024
Camp Bestival Dorset: 24th – 29st July 2024
Wilderness: 31st July – 5th August 2023
Camp Bestival Shropshire: 14th – 19th August 2023
When will I know if I have been successful?
You will automatically be accepted to the festival when you pay your deposit, so unless you hear otherwise, your registration is automatically successful. Charity Concierge registration will open early in 2024.

How does Charity Concierge support Child.org?
Our volunteers raise money at festivals by providing a variety of services: buggy ‘taxis’, tent pitching and serving drinks. The money you raise provides Child.org with valuable unrestricted income to develop and expand our life-saving Team Mum initiative. In 2023, Charity Concierge raised a whopping £88,000 which we will use to support even more mums and babies.
