List it on Shpock using #TeamMum and sell your item.

Donate a percentage or all of the proceeds to Team Mum.

Why should you support Team Mum?

In Kenya, one in 26 babies don't survive to see their first birthday. Some of Kenya’s youngest mums are left without access to vital health services. Without expert health information, pregnant girls and their babies are at risk. Your fundraising will help Child.org create new Team Mum pregnancy support groups to arm the youngest and most vulnerable mums with the health information and support they need to keep themselves, and their babies safe.

Last year, our Team Mum campaign created pregnancy support groups in communities like Conzolata's. She walked for three hours over uneven terrain to attend nutritional training sessions so she could learn how to best care for Victor. Watch this video to hear her talk about what being a new mum is like when you're so hard to reach with health services and lack support.

FAQ

What will my donations be spent on?

This year, Child.org are raising funds to launch pregnant women's groups for young mums to keep them and their babies safer, and we're also hoping to launch a new version of our baby box project in a new area of Kenya. That's why we refer to our fundraisers as "in Team Mum"!

Can I use another selling app instead of Shpock?

We are teaming up with Shpock exclusively for Sell That Thing and for every item sold on Shpock, they will donate the seller fees to Team Mum. This means if all our supporters use Shpock to Sell That Thing, we will raise more money for our pregnancy support groups.
