Meet the brilliant: Christie

Christie is showing everyone how to build an amazing career from your experience on Charity Apprentice. During her time on the course she excelled in the events module, designing and writing her own immersive murder mystery.
Christie joined the Child.org office in a paid role as an event assistant last year, helping to run Spectacular Pub Quizzes all over the country. The role was on a rolling temporary contract, working remotely from home. Christie loved the work, but disliked working alone away from the rest of the team. She wanted to work more face-to-face with people. Because she loved her role as a Charity Apprentice Mentor, supporting new apprentices and attending Bootcamp weekends Christie applied for the role of Charity Apprentice Support Assistant.
We're delighted to announce that Christie was successful in her application, and has just made the move to London to join the team in our Head Office. She's a permanent member of the Child.org team, in a role that puts her right at the heart of improving and supporting the charity sector. No doubt you'll still be able to catch her occasionally at a quiz or murder mystery too!
When someone gives Christie an opportunity, she grabs it with both hands. That’s why we’re proud to have her on the Child.org team.
